Return Policy

At DabV, operated by Powerplay Group Inc., we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom-made products, digital goods, and items marked as «final sale.»

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at americas@dabv.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  • Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • Please do not send items back without first contacting our Customer Service team for return approval.

3. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item received). In such cases, DabV will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
  • Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Partial Refunds and Restocking Fees

  • In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, items damaged, or items missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply for returns that do not meet the standard return criteria.

6. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at americas@dabv.com for assistance.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines) are non-returnable.
  • Customized products or items marked as «final sale» are not eligible for return or refund.

8. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at dabv@americas.com with your order number, item details, and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
